My typical reader would say, but GMB is free for enterprises, why should we hire someone to manage it?

Yes, companies can use GMB for free, but not every company has the skills and time needed to manage GMB in a way that is beneficial to their company. All companies realize that they need it, but don’t want to deal with it, or can’t make it look as professional as we are.

Just as a car owner may contact a spokesperson to ensure that the car is cleaned to the best standards, our customers also rely on us to provide the highest quality content on their lists and the technical expertise they need. Continue to maintain the competitiveness of these business information with other similar companies.

This is a good choice, but what made you decide that your company will benefit from a compliance audit?

Our goal is to operate in a fully compliant and transparent manner, and compliance audits are considered to be a truly effective way to achieve both. We attach great importance to the suggestions and guarantees that our relationship with Tim brings to us.

The old Search Point only focused on direct sales. Has this situation changed a lot in the past three years?

We still use the direct sales business model because it ensures that we reach the customers who need our help the most. Our focus has shifted from some of the more robust practices that have historically caused us problems, and now we ensure strict management and monitoring of fully audited and compliant systems. For example, our phone review team will check the phone calls of our sales team to ensure compliance and quality are critical to every call we make.

What would you say is the biggest problem you usually have to solve, but the typical marketing agency doesn’t?

Most of the businesses we deal with don’t have emails, if they send Yahoo or AOL emails.

Therefore, once we have verified their business information for them, we must now create an email for them, which involves a lot of work in order for them to accept their business ownership into their new account.

I know that your hands are not limited to customers, what about their company listing pictures?

Many of our customers cannot access the Internet and PC normally. In fact, some customers even send us photos via posts for us to scan and upload them to their list. By providing the management of the product for those in need, we ensure that everyone has a fair chance of getting the benefits of this quality product.

With such a large percentage of customers unwilling to use technology, how do you deal with/convince them to use Google Posts, Products, etc.?

We will regularly remind them via email and quarterly account updates. If their website or social network is small, it will be slightly easier to update regularly, but usually we rely entirely on the information that customers can share through phone calls with them.

Are you performing any other supplements?

We have introduced internal copy writers and page builders to ensure that the products we provide look absolutely the best. We also check other online directories for our clients to improve their overall online image, because we know that a well-connected and well-managed Internet image may be one of the biggest influences on business growth.

COVID – How has the recent pandemic affected your customers, and what steps are you taking to help you?

During the pandemic, we have seen a significant increase in “temporary closure” markers. Google added these to the categories of businesses that must be closed under government guidelines and restrictions. We provide our customers with the best way to recommend, that is, to keep customers up-to-date with accurate opening and closing times, and to publish a blog on our website to provide guarantee and support at an unprecedented moment.

Since resuming full operations in June, we have been communicating with new customers who need our help and catching up with our existing customers. In particular, in such a difficult period, how much support we have provided for Google My Business products has provided great support for these smaller companies, which inspires us.
