Tyga has just received a little bit of good news in his case of domestic violence … we have learned that he will NOT be hit by a crime.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … police sent the rapper’s DV case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office so they could decide if they would prosecute Tyga.
But according to LA County DA … the case has now been sent over to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office … and that means he will not be charged with a crime because only the DA’s Office can charge people with a crime.
TMZ broke the story … Tyga was arrested for aggravated domestic violence last month, where he indulged in authorities after his ex-girlfriend, Camaryn Swanson, claimed he became physically with her.
Camaryn filed a police report claiming Tyga beat her … and she later posted video showing her alleged injuries. Tyga’s camp claims her claims are “false and will be refuted.”
The exes reportedly started dating early this year, and in March, they became official on Instagram. It is unclear when they parted ways, but we are told it happened before the alleged incident.
We’re told that Camarin’s injuries and evidence did not lead to a criminal charge, and that’s why it was sent to the city attorney.
Tyga is not quite out yet … he may still be hit by a misdemeanor by the city attorney … but he no longer has to worry about a crime.
