According to the Daily Record, two Brazilian twins were abducted and shot dead by a gang of suspected drug dealers last Wednesday in a brutal murder broadcast live on Instagram.
The 18-year-old victims, Amália and Amanda Alves, reportedly knew a lot about a drug gang operating in the area, Daily record Reported.
the widespread video captured the harrowing final moments of the sisters as they were forced to kneel side by side on a dirt road before Abreu, the suspected killer, allegedly fired at them from the back of their skulls, the Daily Record reported.

A young man, Mateus Abreu, a 17-year-old suspected of it behind the brutal murder, has since been arrested by the Brazilian police and is being questioned. The suspect has a criminal record and has been previously arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm, intentional bodily harm in 2020 and this year, as well as theft, the Daily Mail reported.
Although the cause of the murder has not yet been determined by Brazilian authorities, the local newspaper Jornal de Brasília reported that the motive behind their murder may have to do with information the two women may have had about the drug gang Daily Email reported.
