While we were introduced to Kraken’s players, we also now know what to have on the ice.
Following a sneak preview of an edition earlier this week, Seattle officially unveiled its home and away jerseys during Wednesday’s NHL expansion draft.
The home’s uniform is mainly dark blue and has the primary “S” logo – an ode to Kraken’s eye and tentacles – on the front with the alternative anchor logo on each shoulder above the shirt numbers. The away jersey is primarily white with an even larger “S” logo as well as anchors and numbers on the sleeves.
Kraken plans to make the jerseys available for public sale on Sept. 15 at the team’s retail stores at the Kraken Community Iceplex rehearsal facility, Chandler’s Cove and Bellevue Square Mall.
So when do Kraken players pull on the new jerseys? October 12, when Seattle opens its opening season in Vegas against the Golden Knights.
