Police say a 14-year-old girl who scored a total of 28 in the Primary Leaving Examinations at Bwikya Muslim Primary School in Hoima City committed suicide and left a note saying she was being bullied for her performance. Daphne Kimuli lived with her uncle in Kinubi, Hoima East Division. The note states that a neighbor, who is also a teacher, is harassing Kimuli because of her grades.
