The train service is not fully operational, ongoing taxi violence threatens lives and now Golden Arrow buses are under attack.

A bus driver was shot and injured on the N2 near Borcherds Quarry on Monday.
Golden Arrow Bus Services says the recent shooting of a driver on the N2 may be related to taxi violence.
Some believe that members of the taxi industry are trying to destabilize other public transport networks.

While “peace talks” are underway between transport authorities and taxi associations in Cape Town, the violence continues unabated.
