What do you think are the unique features and/or challenges of working with small businesses in SEO and online marketing?
“The nature of the world we live in is difficult. Businesses have moved online, and many old ways of doing things have changed. Many small businesses rely on face-to-face and offline methods. They must now oppose convenience factors. I agree that most people want to support small businesses. Enterprise. However, the convenience of a one-stop service in a large store or just clicking “add” to your Amazon shopping cart is hard to beat.
“At Boostability, we think the key is to help these companies find them online. People are eager to find the best deals and the best solutions for them. So we help small businesses take advantage of this. The consumer landscape has changed dramatically in the past few years. We are helping small and medium enterprises adapt to changes in the digital market.”
How does your SEO agency stand out in crowded markets such as the SLC area?
“We like to be part of the growing tech community in the Utah area, our own Silicon Slope. Boostability was founded under a unique prospect-we specialize in helping small businesses. Before Boostability, no one made large-scale small and medium-sized businesses. Provide affordable SEO solutions. We support small business careers and have grown to provide SMB SEO with more partners and satisfied customers than any other supplier in the world.”
Can you share the success stories of local SEO activities centered in your area?
“One of my favorite recent success stories is a financial planning company that specializes in providing banking and loan services to individuals and businesses. The company has multiple branches in five states in the Midwest, so this is a very specific And targeted activities can help them get a good ranking in their respective locations.
“In the beginning, our Boostability team focused on keywords around four core selling points: home equity, mortgages, checks, and small businesses. We started with their website and back-end meta descriptions to build authority. We also spent A lot of time writing custom copies and content to highlight the different types of loans and services offered.
“In just four months, our work has achieved 26 keywords on the first page of Google. We have now achieved a first page ranking on dozens of keywords, of which 12 are in the SERP Ranked number one. We have just started doing SEO work for their newest branch in Colorado and hope to rank high in the next few months.”
What is the best advice you have received in business?
“We have all heard the old adage,’Love what you do and you will never work in your life.’ This is an extreme and absolute statement with some clear facts. This is one of my managers. Pointed out to me a long time ago. Why do you do what you do? Just for salary? Then your work direction is wrong, and you will probably never complete it. To be truly successful in anything, you must have Passion. Excitement. For me, nothing is more exciting than seeing the success of the company we help. This is our ultimate goal of success. This is what drives me and many of us to do what we do the reason.”
What do you think is the most important quality that makes an organization truly great?
“I think one of the main factors that a good organization needs to have is the ability to adapt. As trends change, agility and adaptability are the key, especially for technology companies. The technological world is constantly changing, and we need to change with it. I It’s not that when a new trend emerges, 180 pivots must be completed every year. But we have repeatedly seen companies trying to keep up with the old way of doing things because it is always effective. That’s not going to fly. You must be able to adapt to yours Organizations and the way you do things. New best practices, strategies, algorithm updates, products, etc. continue to emerge. You need to ensure that your business model is adaptable and agile to respond to these changes in technology and markets.
“Customer loyalty is also smoother than before. If they think you are not following the best trends and achieving results, they will not hesitate to go elsewhere.”
Do you have any predictions for the future of SEO?
“There is no longer a need for storefronts and personnel to prove your effectiveness as a business. By 2021, office space, face-to-face meetings, and all traditional businesses will become more luxurious. As this becomes more and more important every day, Companies need to ensure that they establish a strong online presence.
“When you may never be able to see a customer face to face, you need to establish contact with the customer. People need detailed product and service information before calling. They want online dating and curbside pickup. Most decisions are made in Made before entering the store or “adding to the shopping cart”. This will not change. Being discovered online and easily discovered will determine the success or failure of today’s business.
“These online optimizations, and what was once considered a reward feature or luxury, are now the status quo. SEO and those working on optimizing websites will need to adapt to consumers’ new ways of thinking and incorporate them into their designs and Marketing plan. Google has comprehensively improved the user experience through their page experience updates. This will only continue to become more and more important to improve the performance and visibility of your website, while integrating those features that users desire, such as appointments, ratings, and delivery Options etc.”
What was your reaction when you heard “SEO is dying”?
“I totally disagree that SEO is dying. If anything, it is becoming more and more important. Google and other search engines occupy more and more space on their pages through paid advertisements, map packages, personal data, etc. Therefore, Natural lists—the rankings people trust most—become more important. But not just organic rankings. For local businesses, like many SMB Boostability services, they need to be listed in these map packages and local business directories. We help them achieve this goal.
“Search engine optimization is more than just keywords and content; it is helping companies truly develop the important online connections that people want and need today.”
What do you think is the most important factor for customer satisfaction?
“As I said before, you want to establish personal contact with your customers, even if you will most likely never meet them face-to-face. Especially for a B2B company like us, we can talk to customers regularly, but we have to make sure They understand the value of the services we provide to them when they talk to customers. Consumers know more than ever whether the company is just looking for sales opportunities, or whether they really care about their business and help them succeed. You need to communicate with Customers can only be successful by establishing genuine connections. They can become your biggest source of potential customers. In addition, the cost of acquiring new customers is many times higher than the cost of retaining existing customers. Customer retention is important, first of all Customer touchpoints build relationships.”
