Oyova once again proved its rightful place in the elite group. The Jacksonville Business Journal has more than a quarter of a year each year systematically appointed the first coastal business growth leaders. In 2020, the publication assessed business expansion in all sectors over the past three years, examining numbers and examining documents to identify more successful companies, working with CPA firm GunnChamberlain, PL. For the second year in a row, Oyova has won a position among 50 companies.
Owner of Oyova David McGraw said it was an honor to make the list again in 2020. “We worked hard as a team last year to grow ourselves,” McGraw said. “We are focused on our processes and our people, ensuring that we have the best talent to deliver outstanding results to our customers.”
McGraw is pleased with the agency’s growth and believes this is due to exceeding the expectations of both the workforce and customers. For him, this means “providing the best working environment for technologists as well as unmatched customer service and results for our customers”.

These awards are associated with record growth: The Jacksonville Business Journal refers to the award recipients as “Fast Business 2020” due to the presentation of the labels, they are in fact based on the success of 2019. In fact, the requirements for longevity and volume of companies date back to 2017.

All companies in the Fast 50 will receive a profile in a special section of the Jacksonville business page that appeared in the week ending July 25th. 50 fast growing companies are also celebrated A quick 50 prize virtual event July 23. In 2019, Oyova Software LLC was ranked 36th overall.
President and Revenue Director of OyovaJon Tsourakis felt that the award marked teamwork and results. “I feel blessed to have done Fast 50 again. But we can’t credit one person for that. It’s all about the team and the commitment is to make the Oyovians ready to do an extraordinary job,” Tsourakis said.
Although the pursuit of quality reflects the inside of a well-functioning company, the external results of customers determine whether you continue to do business. “If you influence the top and bottom growth of your customers, you will get mutually beneficial results,” Tsourakis said. “I couldn’t be prouder.”
Central to a well-thought-out growth effort
Oyova has already been recognized this spring for its rapid growth among Sunshine State’s independent companies. Inc. Magazines Inc. compiled a ranking list of Oyova ‘s own Inc. 5,000 Florida’s fastest growing companies. Oyova was 197th on the list.
As we said at the announcement of this honor, we are crediting much of our success over the past year in appointing leaders since McGraw’s Oyova joined the Tsourakis Revital Agency.
As McGraw explained, the performance of the new merger was defined by 2019. “After expanding our reach to St. Petersburg with Oyova and Revital Agencywe took 2019 with a “grow big fast” mentality, finding a partner who could seamlessly integrate into our mission and add additional skills from a diverse layer, ”said McGraw. Specifically, the Jacksonville-based agency will be able to have wider exposure throughout Florida, as St. Petersburg is nearly 250 miles away and on the opposite coast. “Earning this award again by 2019 confirms the merger as a complete success,” McGraw added.
