10 agreements between the UAE and Turkey to visit Mohammed bin Zayed.. What are they?

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The UAE and Turkey signed 10 agreements between the two countries during the visit of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed to Ankara for the first time 12 years.

These are the 10 agreements signed between the two sides, according to what was reported by the official Turkish Anatolia News Agency:

The 10 agreements between the UAE and Turkey:

  1. A Memorandum of Understanding on the exchange of financial information in the context of the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing, signed by the head of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board of the Turkish Ministry of Finance and Finance, Khairuddin Kurt, and by Ali Faisal Baalawi, head of the Financial Information Unit at the Central Bank of the UAE, from the UAE side.
  2. Arda Armut, CEO of the Turkish Sovereign Fund, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the CEO of Abu Dhabi Port Company, Mohammed Al Shamsi, between the Turkish and Emirati institutions.
  3. The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company and the Turkish Sovereign Fund, by Arda Armut, CEO of the Fund and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company, Mohammed Hassan Al-Suwaidi.
  4. The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation between the Abu Dhabi Development Holding Company and the Turkish Sovereign Fund, by the company’s chairman of the board, Muhammad Hassan Al-Suwaidi, and the fund’s CEO, Arda Armut.
  5. The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation between Abu Dhabi Development Holding Company and the Presidential Investment Authority, by Mohamed Hassan Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Development Holding Company, and Ahmed Burak Daglioglu, Chairman of the Presidential Investment Authority.
  6. The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation between the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange and the Istanbul Stock Exchange, by Saeed Al Dhaheri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, and Arisha Arican, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
  7. Cooperation between the Central Bank of Turkey and its counterpart in the UAE, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Shihab Kavcioglu, President of the Central Bank of Turkey, and Suhail Bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure.
  8. An administrative cooperation and partnership agreement in customs matters between Turkey and the UAE by Mehmet Muş, the Turkish Minister of Commerce, and Ali Mohamed Hammad Al Shamsi, chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security in the Emirates.
  9. In the field of energy, a Memorandum of Understanding on energy cooperation between the two countries was signed by Fatih Donmez, Turkey’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, and Suhail Bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates.
  10. The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Environmental Cooperation between Turkey and the UAE, by Turkish Minister of Environment and Urbanization Murat Kurum, and Maryam bint Mohammed Al Muhairi, Minister of Climate Change and Environment of the United Arab Emirates.
